Design Approval:

1. Our printing team will review your order and contact you for approval.
2. The final design will be sent in PDF format for your review.
3. You are entitled to three free design modifications to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Cancellation Policy:

• Customers can cancel the order and receive a full refund before signing the contract.
• Orders cannot be canceled, nor refunds issued after the contract is approved and execution begins.

• Minimum order quantity: 50 cartons.
• Delivery time: 30 business days starting from design approval and payment confirmation.
• Modifications: Free for cliché to 3 changes.

How to Place Your Order:

1. Choose your preferred color: Available for the spoon, fork, and knife in a single color (select one preferred color).
2. Select your cliché based on the number of design colors (2 options only): Refer to the available options for your selection.
3. Provide your recommendations in the description box. Example: “I need someone from the team to contact me.”
4. Specify the utensil color from the options provided: Note that you cannot select two different colors for the utensils in one packaging.
5. Select the cliché from the available options based on the number of colors (4 cliché options available).
