4. Production starts: Once the design and payment are approved (whichever comes last), we begin production.

Terms and Notes:

• Minimum order quantity: 50 packages (50,000 spoons).
• Delivery time: 30 business days starting from design approval and payment confirmation.
• Cost: Does not include cliché charges unless previously selected.
• Price: Does not include design fees.

Cancellation Policy:

• Customers can cancel the order and receive a full refund before signing the contract.
• Orders cannot be canceled, nor refunds issued after the contract is approved and production begins.

How to Place Your Order:
