2. Review and approval: Our specialized team will review your request and share a PDF version of the design for your approval.
3. Modifications: We offer up to 3 free modifications to the cliché to ensure the perfect design that meets your needs.
4. Production begins: Once the design and payment are approved (whichever comes last), we start processing your order immediately.

Terms and Notes:

• Minimum order quantity: 50 packages (50,000 knives).
• Delivery time: 30 business days starting from design approval and payment confirmation (whichever comes last).
• Modifications: Free for up to 3 changes to the cliché.
• Cost: Prices do not include cliché charges unless previously selected.
• Price: Does not include design fees.

Cancellation Policy:

• Customers can cancel the order and receive a full refund before signing the contract.
• Orders cannot be canceled, nor refunds issued after the contract is approved and production begins.

How to Place Your Order:

1. Select the utensil color: Only one color is allowed for the knife, spoon, or fork.
2. Choose the cliché: Based on the number of design colors (up to 4 cliché options available).
