2. Review and approval:
   Our team will review the design and send you a PDF version for final approval.
3. Production:
   Once the design and payment are approved (whichever comes last), we immediately start production.

• Minimum order quantity: 50 packages (120,000 napkins).
• Delivery time: 30 business days starting from design approval and payment confirmation (whichever comes last).
• Modifications: Up to 3 free modifications to your design.

Cancellation Policy:

• Customers can cancel the order and receive a full refund before production begins.
• Orders cannot be canceled, nor refunds issued after production starts.
