Workflow Plan:

1. Select Your Color:

   • Choose your desired box color from the catalog and include the color number in the product notes.

2. Submit Your Design and Colors:

   • Send your design and preferred colors via WhatsApp: 0599761206 .

3. Order Confirmation:

   • Our specialized printing team will respond and confirm your order.

4. Final Design Approval:

   • The department manager will send you the final design in PDF format for review before contract approval.

5. Design Revisions:

   • You can make up to 3 revisions to ensure the design matches your vision.

6. Contract Approval:

   • Finalize the design before approving the contract.

7. Contract Submission:

   • The contract, including the approved design, will be sent to you for signature.

8. Immediate Production Start:

   • Production begins once the contract and payment are approved (whichever comes last).

Delivery Timeline:

• 30 business days starting from design, color, and payment approval (whichever comes last).

Printing Details:

• Printing is done on the boxes.
• Design revisions are free of charge.
• Price excludes designing from scratch.

• Cancellation Policy:
  • Customers can cancel the order and receive a full refund before contract approval.
  • Cancellation or refunds are not allowed once the contract is approved and production has begun.
