2. Review and approval: Our team will review the design and share a PDF version for your approval.
3. Production begins: Once the design and payment are approved (whichever comes last), we will start processing your order immediately.

Terms and Notes:

• Minimum order quantity: 50 packages (25,000 pieces).
• Delivery time: 30 business days starting from design approval and payment confirmation.
• Modifications: Free for up to 3 changes to the cliché.
• Cost: Prices do not include cliché charges unless previously selected.

Cancellation Policy:

• Customers can cancel the order and receive a full refund before signing the contract.
• Orders cannot be canceled, nor refunds issued after the contract is approved and production begins.

How to Place Your Order:

1. Select the utensil color: Only one color is allowed for the spoon, fork, or knife.
2. Choose the cliché: Based on the number of design colors (up to 4 cliché options available).
3. Provide recommendations in the description box: Example: "I need a team member to contact me."
4. Specify the utensil color: Note that you cannot choose multiple utensil colors for a single packaging.
